This morning I had this interesting question. The answer seemed so obvious that it was a no, but I had to at least inspect whether it was possible. So I took a table and looked at the top. I as sure there was no hole. However, one of our online images looks like there is a round shading at the center of the table. Lo and behold, there was no hole.
Upon further inspection I looked at the bottom of the table and the answer to the question turned on a dime. As you can see in the picture, on the bottom of the table is a round section that you could drill out if you needed a hole. That circle is 1.75" in diameter, but there is no reason it has to be that big. My suggestion is to drill from the bottom so you can get a much more accurate location of the center of the table. If you look carefully, you will see small dot where the precise center is located.
In case you were wondering, almost all of our tables do have holes (with covers) in the center for umbrellas or other usage. The holes sizes vary so look at the specific table to determine the precise hole size.
